Ingredients
1 loaf ciabatta
2 bulbs garlic
Olive oil to submerge garlic cloves
1 stick of dairy-free butter
1 cup Panacheeza
1 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 cup shredded dairy-free mozzarella cheese
Directions
- Submerge garlic cloves in olive oil in an oven safe dish, cover and bake 1 hr @ 260F or until soft and golden.
- In food processor:
- Add baked garlic cloves
- Stick of butter
- ¾ cup fresh parsley
- ½ cup Panacheeza (Check)
- Pinch of Salt
- Blend
- Slice ciabatta in half, spread garlic confit butter.
- Extra sprinkling of Panacheeza and shredded mozzarella
- Broil 5-10 min
- Sprinkle fresh parsley
- Cut into 1.5 inch spears, serve!
