We ordered a 3 pack of these cheeses for our daughter who is both gluten and dairy free and It didn't disappoint. We have adjusted our recipes a lot to fit her needs and we were so glad when we saw this. It is delicious!

I'm pleasantly surprised! Love, love this cheese! I had truffle fries with their truffle flavor and it was scrumptious!
