Parmesan Brussel Sprouts

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 pound brussel sprouts, stems removed
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup Panacheeza
Salt and Pepper to taste

 

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F. Cut the brussel sprouts in half.
  2. In a bowl combine olive oil, salt and pepper with the brussel sprouts. Once blended, add Panacheeza.
  3. Bake in the center of the oven, 25 to 30 minutes until golden and crisp and then they are tender when pierced with a knife. Serve warm.
