Let’s get cooking!

Ingredients

2 plant based Chunk steaks, defrosted

6 Tbsp of butter, softened (4 for cooking the steak and 2 for making the crust)

¼ cup panko bread crumbs

½ cup Panacheeza

Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. Turn the oven to broil.

  2. Put the pan on medium high with 2 tbsp of butter.

  3. Once the pan has heated up, place chunk steaks in and season with salt and pepper.

  4. Cook for about 4 mins (or until desired tenderness)

  5. Turn over and put 2 more tablespoons of butter on the steaks and season with salt and pepper again. Cook for 4 minutes as well.

  6. While these are cooking, blend your remaining 2 tbsp of butter, bread crumbs and Panacheeza in a bowl.

  7. Turn off the heat to your pan and place an even amount of the Panacheeza crust on both your steaks.

  8. Put the pan into the oven under the broiler and keep a very close eye so it does not burn! Once the crust is a crispy golden brown, remove from the oven and serve!
