Balsamic Glazed Parmesan Roasted Asparagus

 

This simple, flavor-packed side comes together in minutes but tastes like something special. Roasting brings out the natural sweetness of asparagus, while a generous sprinkle of Panacheeza adds a savory, plant-based Parmesan-style kick. A quick finish under the broiler gives it that irresistible golden crisp. Perfect for weeknight dinners or an easy crowd-pleaser!

 

Ingredients

 

1 bunch of asparagus 

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp of Panacheeza

Balsamic Glaze

Salt and pepper to taste


Directions


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
  2. Remove ends of asparagus and arrange into a casserole dish.
  3. Brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle Panacheeza on top.
  5. Cover and bake for 8-10 minutes or until tender
  6. Once tender, remove the lid and place the oven on broil.
  7. Broil  until Panacheeza is crispy at the edges of the casserole dish.
  8. Drizzle with balsamic glaze
  9. Enjoy with your favorite entree!
