Fettuccine Alfredo

Indulge in a classic Italian favorite with our luxurious Fettucine Alfredo recipe. Silky strands of pasta coated in a creamy, dreamy sauce infused with Panacheeza. A timeless dish that's both comforting and elegant, perfect for a cozy night in or a special occasion. Buon appetito!


Serves 4

Ingredients

½ box fettuccine pasta (8 oz)
½ cup dairy-free butter 
1 cup Panacheeza
¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
Pasta water as needed

Directions

  1. Boil pasta in a pot until al dente.  
  2. Evenly place 4 tbsp of butter onto serving dish. Use tongs to lift pasta out of pot and place on serving dish, covering the butter. Pour 1 cup Panacheeza overtop. Save pasta water.
  3. Begin stirring and lifting the pasta to blend the butter and Panacheeza until desired consistency is achieved. Add more butter, pasta water and cheese as needed.
  4. Once completed, sprinkle fresh parsley overtop. Serve and enjoy!
