Ingredients
½ box fettuccine pasta (8 oz)
½ cup dairy-free butter
1 cup Panacheeza
¼ cup fresh parsley chopped
Pasta water as needed
Directions
- Boil pasta in a pot until al dente.
- Evenly place 4 tbsp of butter onto serving dish. Use tongs to lift pasta out of pot and place on serving dish, covering the butter. Pour 1 cup Panacheeza overtop. Save pasta water.
- Begin stirring and lifting the pasta to blend the butter and Panacheeza until desired consistency is achieved. Add more butter, pasta water and cheese as needed.
- Once completed, sprinkle fresh parsley overtop. Serve and enjoy!
