Looking for a fresh and flavorful appetizer? This Bruschetta with Panacheeza recipe combines classic Italian flavors with a plant-based twist! Crisp slices of baguette are topped with juicy chopped Roma tomatoes, fragrant garlic, and fresh basil, all brought together with a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil and a rich balsamic glaze. But the star of the show is Panacheeza—our dairy-free, plant-based nutty parmesan alternative—that adds a cheesy flavor without any dairy. Perfect for any gathering or as a light snack, this bruschetta will be a hit
