    Way better than dairy

    When I finally came to my senses and quit dairy I felt sad I’d not be able to enjoy Italian cuisine. Eating wonderful dishes like pasta d’olio, putanesta, and lasagna without gobs Parmesan was sad, but worth it to avoid the evils of dairy. Then I discovered Panacheeza. Panacheeza is an absolutely delicious and perfect topping for so many different cuisines. I truly thank those folks for creating this amazing “cheeza”.

    Nice taste/ texture!

    I am satisfied with the product. I have been making my own for years but get mixed results each time. This saves time and gives you consistency. But, with the cost of shipping you are paying a PREMIUM price for the convenience.

    Portable WFPB Cheese

    Since no ingredients need refrigeration, I take this with me when I go out to eat or eat with family /friends while following a WFPB diet. For most standard American restaurants, salad is the safest choice while WFPB so I add Panacheeza to make plain salad more exciting. I also like to add it on my gnocchi. Panacheeza has made being WFPB easier. I do have to limit myself on it a little because the salt in it can add up, but this is a regular item for me to keep on had and I buy it in bulk.
