Love this!
In addition to the great flavor, I really like the simple ingredient list and the low percentage of saturated fat. It is a versatile product too. Go crazy and sprinkle it on anything you would sprinkle cheese. I just put some in my Alfredo sauce, and it really added a nice cheesy flavor.

Original grated Parmesan style cheese
The original grated Parmesan style cheeze is yummy. Today I had on pasta puttanesca. The flavor is equal to, if not better than dairy parmesan. Yesterday, I had it on soba noodles in my Asian stir fry. It was delish!!
