I’ve been Plant Based for about 15 years and have always missed Parmesan cheese. I’ve tried to make my own, but I could never get the tang of it. I love this stuff so much. I put it on roasted veggies, steamed veggies, and on all of my soups.

My obsession with the classic Panacheeza has been upstaged by this new hot and spicy flavor! It has the perfect amount of heat, the same delicious and satisfying, umami, cheesy flavor of the classic Panacheeza parmesan, and a subtle hot pepper flavor that perfectly compliments italian, mexican, and asian dishes... and pretty much anything you can imagine sprinkling it on! Most recently I've used it to make a dairy-free vodka sauce pasta, spicy cauliflower tacos, and a southwest breakfast scramble. 12/10 would recommend.

We started with the smaller size and quickly went to this to refill the canister- it’s fantastic!

Janessa Steenberg grew up in an Italian-Maltese family that incorporated meat and cheese into every meal. By joining her grandmother in the kitchen, she learned the secrets to Mediterranean cooking that had been passed down in her family for generations.
Over a decade ago, Janessa became interested in the food industry. Concerned about the impact of animal products on our health, she assumed a plant-based diet. Fueled by her grandmother’s quest for optimal health through a Mediterranean diet, Janessa transitioned to a plant-based diet. With her love of traditional Italian flavors and research-based knowledge of plant-based nutrition, Panacheeza was born.
